About Me

I offer trauma-informed psychotherapy that combines professional expertise with personal insight. With 25 years in behavioral health and specialized training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy, Mind-Body Medicine, EMDR, and as a Freedom From Chronic Pain Practitioner, I provide compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each person’s needs.

I also draw on lived experience with neurodivergence and chronic health challenges (in remission.) This perspective allows me to understand invisible struggles and support clients with empathy, practical tools, and authentic connection.

My approach is strengths-based, collaborative, and body-aware. Symptoms are seen as meaningful signals, not problems to fix. Together, we explore what your mind and body are trying to communicate, helping you build self-trust, clarity, and well-being. Many clients benefit from incorporating experiential tools like movement, breathwork, music, art, or time in nature to complement their therapy.

Whether you’re experiencing burnout, stress, chronic health challenges, neurodivergence, or relationship difficulties, I create a safe, supportive space to explore challenges, set healthy boundaries, and grow. My work is guided by a commitment to reducing stigma, promoting social justice, and supporting public health.

I’m based in York, PA, and offer virtual therapy in Maryland and Washington, DC. I honor that this work takes place on the ancestral lands of the Susquehannock, Piscataway, and Nacotchtank (Anacostan) peoples, recognizing their ongoing presence and healing traditions.
