Individual Therapy
“When we listen to the body with compassion, we create the safety that allows our parts to reveal their stories.”
Starting therapy is a brave and meaningful step toward improving your emotional well-being and overall quality of life. Therapy offers a supportive, confidential space to bring compassion to your challenges, understand your feelings, and create lasting change. While beginning counseling can feel intimidating, many people find that the benefits of greater self-understanding, healthier relationships, and more ease in daily life are well worth it.
Our first session is a chance to connect and see if working together feels like a good fit. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and what feels most important to focus on right now. I’ll be curious about your current life experiences, as well as the past experiences that may still be shaping how you feel today.
Therapy is an investment in yourself and your healing. Choosing support is a powerful step toward reclaiming your life, building resilience, and creating meaningful change. My hope is that you feel safe, respected, and encouraged throughout our work together.
This is a space where your thoughts, emotions, and experiences are welcomed without judgment. Together, we focus on understanding what you’re going through and supporting real change that aligns with your values and goals.
Clinical Supervision and Licensure Support
As an approved clinical supervisor with the Maryland Board of Social Work and a licensed provider in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Washington, DC, I offer supervision for social workers working toward licensure.
My approach to supervision is trauma-informed and rooted in a relational framework. I support fellow providers in recognizing the gifts of Social Work as well as the impact of trauma and bias, personal and systemic, on clinical work and professional development.
With over two decades of experience across community mental health, juvenile justice, and private practice, I offer practical guidance, emotional support, and clinical insight to help you grow with integrity and confidence. Click HERE to view my professional bio.

Tech-Aware, Self-Aligned
An IFS and Mind Body Approach to Living With Technology
-
8-Week Therapy Group (Meets 2x/Month for 2 Hours)
In a time of accelerating technology and widespread AI integration, many are grappling with how to stay grounded, present, and in choice. This group offers a supportive space to explore your relationship with technology through a mind-body lens, helping you stay aligned with your values, not the pace set by external forces.
Each session blends experiential mind-body practices with Internal Family Systems (IFS) approaches, offering tools to navigate the emotional and relational impact of living in a tech-driven world.
Together, we’ll explore topics such as digital overwhelm, consent in our relationship with AI, and how to engage with technology without losing connection to self, body, or community.
You’ll have the opportunity to clarify your personal values around technology, build awareness around compulsive tech use or unwanted dependency, and learn how to relate to AI and other digital tools with intention. Whether your goal is to create boundaries, use technology more consciously, or maintain human connection in a digitized world, this group will support you in cultivating an interdependent relationship with tech, one that honors your needs, values, and wellbeing.
