An IFS and Mind Body Skills Group for Living With Technology
In a time of accelerating technology and widespread AI integration, many are grappling with how to stay grounded, present, and in choice. This group offers a supportive space to explore your relationship with technology through a mind-body lens, helping you stay aligned with your values, not the pace set by external forces.
Each session blends experiential mind-body practices with Internal Family Systems (IFS) approaches, offering tools to navigate the emotional and relational impact of living in a tech-driven world.
Together, we’ll explore topics such as digital overwhelm, consent in our relationship with AI and social media, and how to engage with technology without losing connection to self, body, or community.
You’ll have the opportunity to clarify your personal values around technology, build awareness around compulsive tech use or unwanted dependency, and learn how to relate to AI and other digital tools with intention.
Whether your goal is to create boundaries, use technology more consciously, or maintain human connection in a digitized world, this group will support you in cultivating an interdependent relationship with tech, one that honors your needs, values, and wellbeing.
